Chris discovered yoga & physical movement in general relatively late in life, in 2014 when he realized it made him feel better being inside his body. A few vinyasa classes quickly turned into a daily headstand at home. Then in 2017 he discovered Jivamukti while in Berlin, and yoga became a sort of happy obsession. In 2021 this practice led him further down the rabbit hole and into the world of Ashtanga Yoga, which has been his primary practice ever since. He loved its quiet intensity & that it was a whole fixed system, a sort of impossible mountain to climb.
Still, he remains inspired by the creativity and diversity of other styles such as Vinyasa, Dharma Mittra, or Power yoga, and seeks to infuse that creativity into the structural scaffold that the Ashtanga yoga system provides. His classes are for people who want to have fun through movement, explore it within structure, and without taking themelves too seriously.

She completed the 75-hour Jivamukti teacher training in 2024 and the 300-hour Jivamukti training in 2025, and is now apprenticing under the guidance of Conor Byrnes. With a Master’s degree in psychology and further education in hypnotherapy, Sina is dedicated to bridging body-oriented therapy and psychology.

Jivamukti, Sound Healing & Vinyasa
Using props and the wall to help lengthen the spine, opening the heart, and stabilising the hips throughout the practice. Longer holds on deeper asanas to relax through the connective tissues to improve flexibility and work the breath, this is mentally challenging. Activating the smaller connecting muscles around larger joints to help build strength and prevent injuries will help improve your practice and master transitions. Hands on class with adjustments so you can feel where your body needs to be to in alignment. Gently ending with charka intension savasana, expect to feel like you are floating out of the class, standing taller and moving lighter.

Yog&Matcha
The space
The 64 Rue Mazarine, once a medieval path traced around the 1600s in Paris, witnessed the passing of time and hosted numerous art galleries, a testament to the city’s and immediate neighborhoud rich creative heritage.
Today, Yog&Matcha settles into this historic space with the desire to honor its artistic memory by offering a haven of well-being inspired by the beauty, culture, and timeless depth of the neighborhood.
Very grateful to have the chance to now call it home and a place where Yoga is shared alongside a conversation and a cup of Matcha.

Testimonials
I practiced yoga thanks to Oum. Her gentleness, kindness, and attention to each individual create a space where you immediately feel confident. She guides each session with a calming presence, respecting everyone's limits and needs without hesitating to push us when she knows we're capable. I leave after each class relaxed and centered, and I recommend it to anyone looking for gentle (but physical) and deeply human yoga.
I never imagined I would one day love yoga... and yet, thanks to Oumkeltoum, I completely changed my mind. She introduced me to this practice with great gentleness patience and kindness. From the very first sessions, I felt comfortable, guided without pressure, always encouraged to go at my own pace. Her teaching style really helped me focus, listen more closely to my body, breathe differently, and, above all, progress session after session.
Oum is an incredible instructor—calm, intuitive, and deeply knowledgeable. She strikes the perfect balance between guidance and personal space, making every session feel both grounding and uplifting. Whether you're a beginner or more experienced, you'll walk away feeling recharged, both physically and mentally. Highly recommended!
