Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These provisions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the Customer is encouraged to seek an amicable solution by contacting the Company directly.
In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may consult a consumer mediator free of charge before any legal proceedings. Failing an amicable agreement, disputes will be brought before the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Company’s registered office.

• Prices and payment terms,
• Conditions of performance,
• The identity and contact details of the Company,
• Legal guarantees,
• Procedures for recourse in the event of a dispute.
Placing an order on the Website constitutes the Customer’s full and complete acceptance of these provisions and constitutes unconditional acceptance.
